As far as I know, we can only create QTUM wallets on the phone app or download QTUM wallets and store them in Local.
Yeah you need to download a wallet from the QTUM website.
Not sure if theres a MEW equivalent for QTUM.

Download QTUM wallet will made us difficult in store my token ( in cases : HDD broken , affect by internet speed , manage difficulty .... ) . I think local store QTUM wallet is good for who have big number QTUM . Left, I think why us don't try Mobile Wallet QTUM .
