Feel free to test out https://denariusexplorer.org/ as an alternative block explorer for DNR, everything should function including the API
The original server I had it on was unstable, so I migrated it all to a new server, so far it seems to be working better.
Your DNS may have not propagated yet. You could try flushing or switching your DNS or you may just need to wait some time, I did just check it and it seems to be online and staying in sync just fine
