Yes,most of the financial firms are nowadays entering bitcoin market,CME nd now CBOE.On one side,CEOs like jamie dimon criticizing bitcoin and on the other side,wall street firms getting interested in bitcoin.They have started to realize that bitcoin could be no more avoided just for the reason that they belong to wall street financial firms.So,they have just decided to join the winning team.
Whatever Jamie Dimon said, JPMorgan Chase & Co. seems to be changing that sentiment a little because even his finance chief, Marianne Lake, has struck a more measured tone saying that "The firm is open minded to the potential uses for digital currencies so long as they are properly regulated."
They aren't saying that BTC needs to be regulated, because it can't be. However, the investment vehicles that some people would use would be.
CME and CBOE have some of that "regulation" in place. They have things in place to prevent people from getting hammered with losses from what I've read.
