I think yes in this december or january maybe the next bullrun for altcoins because check the coins are on the very dip stage like the price in the last month of april most all of the coins are get back in their real price i think other investors will get back into alts now after Bitcoin bullrun i think the target of whales in bitcoin is in the range of $10000 - $13000 within this december then dump again in $9000 - $10000 but that's just only my speculation for the market as now im holding many cheap and dumped coins like XRP, DGB, WAVES and STRAT and hold it for about 2 - 3 months.
