Do check the following:
Do you hit by c++ runtime error on wallet startup?
Do yo have a br1mcoin.conf file? Delete it.
Then remove all files under %appdata% except for wallet.dat or walletbackups (if any)
Then resync your wallet to the blockchain. It takes some times until full sync
