I have the same problem, this morning I tried to withdrawal my eth from Ucoin wallet back to my ether wallet.  All it shows is pending on Ucoin website, with no signs of the transaction on the blockchain.

 When I looked on the blockchain, it looks like when I initially deposited my eth in the ucoincash wallet it was immediately withdrawled to  ucoincash eth wallet.  So it appears they would have to send the eth from their wallet back to my ether wallet, as there is nothing in my ucoin eth wallet.  Looks like this could be a loss.  Maybe something will change after the ICO finishes, or they just run with all the money.
