I was thinking ---> if the prices dump hard while we are not allowed to withdraw, then we should be credited highest value of our assets during the period they were frozen because we were not allowed to move them to market in order to take advantage of the peak prices. I can imagine Bittrex shorting the markets with our frozen assets ---> we can't let them get away with that one!
same principle can be added to when the market rises and THEY DID cancel out orders !!!! don't forget that part
I'm not concerned with cancelled orders....I'm concerned about not being able to withdraw my funds off of their exchange. When they do release my funds, I want the maximum value they were worth while they were in lock down. Period. The assets in orders AND the assets not on the orderbook. All of them. Further, I believe that we are also entitled to three times damages if we have to sue them.
