That's exactly what I'm saying.  These threads, IMO, are created for the sole purpose of allowing alt accounts to post ready-made answers to shit that's already been discussed to death.

A shitposter should only post in any given thread once, maybe twice.  Cutting down on the new threads would force them to multi-post in threads, which can then be reported as spam.  I think not allowing noobs to create threads, while not a perfect solution, is at least doing something that might help.  I refuse to let the perfect get in the way of the good.  Saying it's not going to work is just throwing up your hands and saying an effort is futile--and it's not.

I agree that guy should be nuked, as should a ton of others.  I've never reported so many shitposts as I have in the last two weeks.
