The project is great but how much we can expect to grow this one ? cap at 3 bln for 1$ ? Well , let's say we are in December 2018 , total market cap at 1 trillion in that case, yes I can see Iota going to the moon maybe stopping at 50 bln market cap max which means 20x from now. The other possibility is to iota competing with BTC (not really realistic) and in case if we go to 200 bln then this will be equal to what some alts like Monacoin already achieved .
If you google for "IoT market cap 2025" you get values between 0.5 and 5
trillion US$.
Even if IOTA is involved with only 25% then, this will be a huge number.
If there is one long-term-hodl-coin, then this one. Also, let all these lame and bloated blockchains grow a few more years until their limit is reached, at the latest then all the "chainy's" should also appreciate the advantages of unlimited scalability and decentralisation, combined with "no miners, no forks, no fees".
