Delete the p2pstate.bin and the poolstate.bin file located in the data directory (C/Users/Your Username/AppData/Roaming/digitalnote), and import it from the link:

http://digitalnote.eu/lib/exe/fetch.php?media=digitalnote_pool-p2p.zip

Now work fine.
