He has already sold off 7 million as part of the presale. This was to cover the cost of the listings. Yobit was only 0.1 BTC, which has already been paid for, but he didn't get enough to cover coinexchange which is 2 BTC.
Still, even 3,000,000 will explode with 10,000% staking compared to the rest of us.
