Some one was talking about orderbook and their new verification system, im ok with it but i agree the requirements should be a little easier, i submitted my original documents but they still rejected them, i do not know what else they want, i will try again to submit my documents, i hope they will accept this time.
The Orderbook KYC verification is for those that are using their platform to trade. If I recall correctly, Users can withdraw regardless of whether or not they've completed the verification process. In other words, You can withdraw without being verified.
And you tried to make a deposit of tokens or order a withdrawal? Try it. Hardly you will have it without verification. Orderbook made mandatory verification for all. Without verification, you can only make a deposit and order the output of BTC and ETH. By the way, I, too, did not pass the test. They checked my passport about four hours. After the check, they refused me. No explanations were given.
