Here are screenshots of my online wallet and the transaction page of xmr.suprnova.cc

The transactions without a tx id were deducted from my xmr.suprnova.cc wallet but never received in my online wallet.

I have tried every form of communication that I know of with ocminer and have been ignored.

Here are other threads with people that have done the same. Only one has been resolved after weeks of the user posting on the forum.
