The idea is good. But, how to carry out the selection of really talented athletes? I would start with a selection in the Russian national football team. There are very rich loafers there.
Our ecosystem has two main pillars: the Smart Manager Platform and the SportyFi Professional fund. If we simplify a bit (details can be found in our Whitepaper), the selection within the Smart Manager Platform will be done through the ecosystem itself (participants will select who should get the funding and who not). The selection in the SportyFi Professional Fund will be done by sports professionals, while the "last say" will have the DAO voting. Details in our WP at
