we all have to be aware about such potential scams. There are so many who don't have a descent browser (or updated one) or an antivirus that can detect such things. And we even have the social hacking with people sending personal messages trying to rip off noobs and unsuspecting users. Even an experienced tech guy might get fooled once or twice, so it's naive to say that users are protected from these kind of attacks. And unfortunately that will only become more prominent as time passes by, more and more new users will join the network and they will all be prone to such attacks. It's something that will definitely keep on going on because there are people who seriously benefit from being dishonest and tricking anyone they come across.
