ETH has already proved several times that they try to solve solutions that are present to all blockchains at the moment, and they are actively developing everything and informing the public and developers. Vitalik has already said that he's looking for solutions to scaling (sharding) to making transactions more private (zksnarks) and all of these developments are up and running everyone in Ethereum is working on that and they will eventually manage to reach their targets.
