Guys I am having much trouble getting coinexchange.io to update the wallet. I have asked them at least 10 times. We badly need another exchange that doesnt want a fortune to list. Ideas please?
We have
https://coinsmarkets.com/trade-BTC-VGS.htm but they havent updated the wallet yet. Also they use 9 digits after the decimal.

I have heard from other communities or at least read about it that coinexchange.io is slow on that matter. Not sure what the best way is to make them react quickly.
