You've paid less than 2 sat/byte for your transaction and this means there are not many that will accept it.
Next time try to stay over 10 sat/byte to have at least ViaBTC accept it. The higher the better.

Now, some ideas:
1. Make a thread where you state that you have 1.7 sat/B and you'd pay for accelerating. Maybe you attract the right attention, but the chance is not great.

3. You can read on the same page about RBF and other methods to try by yourself.
4. Wait. If it's your wallet where you've sent from, the money will return back to you sooner or later. Just some wallets will keep re-broadcasting your transaction and that's not what you need.
