I know that hacker now have about 25-30M in his addresses and it is 100% information.
Totally was 3 attack and each from 3-6 parts

nope, it's not 100%.
if wallet now is near empty and 35M still show up in accounts that means 35M fake coins were deposited.
if hacker sold 18M to other accounts he could withdraw only 35-18 = 17M real coins
(yeah he could withdraw some more btc maybe or anything but not CAPs).
those 18M coins withdrawn by good folk.
