children doesn't need to know about currency,but teenagers does,and i think there's so many explanation video in youtube so don't wasting effort wasting your time when you can just give them about the link of video so they can learn from it,whether they will be interested or not,it's definitely depend on them
I agree. What's the sense of explaining it to a child when they won't really have any use for it. I think that's why economics as subject is not seriously taught to children only in the senior high school or even at college level. On the one hand, since the topic asks, I think the best way to explain is by analogy of things that most children are interested in. Also, you can start by explaining the good things that bitcoin could bring and not just the concept as is.
