I do not like ICOs about housing, I even hate it. they do not have successful projects and they lose money to their investors. 
That is why it is very important to do due diligence. What makes this project is that this company has some history. They already have acquired land to build on.
A lot of people take the doing due diligence part for granted... And that's a big mistake
