Anything under $1.00 (0.0001BTC) is not worth the fee required to send it.
Isn't it just about 30-40 bytes per input? If it is, and assuming 10 sat/byte, that currently puts the threshold at 0.04$.
It depends.. since the 10 sat/byte is the minimum to play with, assuming you have the patience to "get it" at ViaBTC accelerator.

When the network clears up (believe me, it did happen and will happen again) to under 10MB, maybe even under 5MB, then you can consolidate your inputs at a very small fee.
