The volume keeps increasing. Ripple is the only one of the top 10 that hasn't pumpeado hard. I think we're close, the data doesn't lie. 
I think it may just need a small news to pop now, its ready. If there would be some announcement about a bank using xrp it would explode
These days, the whales are taking positions. I don't think that good news is necessary for it to burst. They give very good forecasts for Ripple before the end of the year, and better for the next. I think everyone knows it's a smart bet.
