Seems like they are really working on the situation, but cant handle the rising amount of tickets.
Bittrex has been planning these changes for months now. If they can't handle the amount of support tickets, they shouldn't have disabled that many accounts at the same time.
Can you share what your support request was? I'd like to know what kind of requests lead to re-enabling an account.
