Focused on Panama, but there are so many benefits, because in order for you to live in Panama you will need to rent housing and the Prime-Ex project has found a very correct approach to this problem.
Right. So, I read the whitepaper a few times. Here's the thing. It's really hard for expats in Panama to buy a house, because banks won't finance them easily. So, Prime-Ex will build houses and fiance them to expats - Their financial tool is called "Revolution Loan" and is tailored to expats. Better yet, if the expat has to move back to the country, Prime-Ex offers a buy back. Very well thought.
