Please explain that. The highest ICO price was 4000 COB/ETH. Now you can get 3600 COB/ETH at Etherdelta. And the price for 1 Ether has risen from 290$ to 480$ since the end of the ICO.
That means:
Highest ICO price: 0,0725$ / COB
Price now at Etherdelta: 0,1333$ / COB
