I am in the same boat as you jatin....ordered 2 D3 and 2 PSU from bitmain back in august for the November batch but they sent me the same email and I opted for a refund....still raising tickets everyday now but it has been of no use till now.
I don't know when they will process the refund and I don't even know if I ll get my money back or not
Someone have any suggestions then please reply.

Also just to clarify I ll get the money in BTC is it as I paid in BTC.
For example if I paid 1BTC then they will give 1BTC back is it ?
