On the github you can download Verge 3.0. Is this an electrum wallet?

3.0 is wraith, the name of the new core wallet. new core wallets will be coming periodically now as we add a ton of new features.
If someone installs the next new core wallet, will it just overwrite the old one? Or do you have to move your coins?
