I strongly recommend everyone, who still can, to withdraw all of his coins from Bittrex. It looks more and more like an exit scam. They are still accepting deposits but continue to silently downgrade accounts to "New" every day and drop their withdrawal limit to 0.

I wouldn't be surprised if Bittrex soon announces that they have been hacked and that the coins have been stolen and then close the exchange while keeping all the coins for themselves.

More than anything else, it seems like pressure from regulators. They're based in Seattle; knowing the Washington State government, I'll bet they're up Bittrex's ass. Wouldn't be surprised if law enforcement were keeping a close eye as well.

I still have a working Basic account (US resident), but I've lowered my exposure. I don't know what to believe. Bittrex says only a tiny portion of customers are affected. None of the traders I follow seem affected. But there's a lot of activity on these threads. Undecided

Move to Poloniex and get away from this shitshow  Wink

Poloniex are, in some way, worse than Bittrex. Just look at all the transaction that just vanish into the ether on Poloniex, many do eventually get there coin but only after several week - or even months - stuck in limbo. Just have a look at the Poloniex thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=420836.2860
If you want a good exchange give Binance a try.

Are there verification requirements? I'm getting really tired of giving sensitive info to shitcoin exchanges. Also, what do you get from the referral link? % of commissions?
