This question has been answered several times. Mostly for those newbie that dont want to make an effort to search or find the answers to their questions, now as a newbie all you have to do is explore the whole forum and read all useful threads and topics, if you want to share your thoughts you can reply. Make a construtive reply/post everyday.
And yours is the perfect example of a useless posts in which you don't give even a hint of advice.
Posting for activity is important here so by asking questions you can have answers quickly. That is what i observed for now 
With this kind of activity you won't last long around here.
If i post many times in a day can that make my rank go up faster than posting once a day?
