IMO for Bitcoin holder it'll be the good news but it's not for altcoin holders cause the price of BTC/ALT will decrease a lot. Bitcoin price reach to 11k$ in this year is predictable and there are a lot of precdictions about and some people think that Bitcoin price can even reach to 15k$ at the end of this year. But I think before Bitcoin price can reach to 15k$ there will be a big dump make Bitcoin price decrease to under 10k$ maybe because the whales wanna get a huge amount of money one more time before the Christmas. LOL
