Hi newbie question,could someone explain what is happening to alts and ico when  ether is going up .As far as i understand when ether is up the price of alts is going up when we bought in eth and what is the correlation when i am whitelisted in an ico now when eth is 500$ and the ico starts 1 month from now but the eth is 1500$.
