I need to point out that various people, me included, are waiting for their products to be sent for several weeks without being notified.

You are not answering e-mails nor picking up the phone on all4btc.com

So I am wondering why you have enough resource to build new projects but nobody is available to offer support on all4btc.

If you are not able to send products ordered with all4btc.com, then you should temporally stop your service or notify people on your website, that the ordering may take up to 30 days.
