I understand that, but they have known about it and have had my support case since 6/12. I have sent replies to their email everyday since then, multiple times a day and do not get a response. I can understand delays, but over 9 days when all they need to do is send my money that they have to the address I provided is unacceptable. But I am glad to hear that some people are getting service and are satisfied, wish I was one of them
