Pool sucks. Payments do not correspond to the calculator in the half. One plus is regular payments.

Payment rewards are proportional of blocks unlocked each days, if the pool unlock less blocks than the total hashrate of the pools, rewards decrease but still pay miners. If the pool unlock the right number of blocks equals of the total hashrate of the pool rewards are equals, and if more, rewards are better.
