The jurisdiction is a fairly good one with A+ ratings on privacy and is crypto friendly. As a community we need to support Vanuatu. There is absolutely NO WAY any foreign bank is going to allow withdrawals from a card issued by a shady bank in Vanuatu where the majority of funds have come from Crypto with Zero knowledge using the TOR network, it is apples and oranges.
