sometimes gambling make life easier just spend 1 hours in front of my pc and i can get money same like i work for a month, sometimes i lost what i earn in a month with just a few click.

To overcome addiction you have to help yourself to stop playing and thinking about gambling. Its really hard but if you are determine you can probably do it. Divert yourself to do other things and dont use gadgets and computer for a while.
