Although there are many friends around saying that ETH can be replaced by many tokens, it is still very high and has now stabbed $ 500
Hi ayamark789!
See the opinion of Vitalik Buterin (somehow biased maybe but still valuable) on the subject during a
workshop in Taiwan. All the chains trying to offer smart contracts are copycats of Ethereum right now and don't have close to what is the developper and industrial ecosystem working around Ethereum. So no, by now there is no token which can replace ETH.
The future prospect of the Vitalik Buterin's ether Fang is still bright, although it is now facing the challenges of later show EOS, AE and so on. 1$did not get on the car, this year 500$, regret, life is so melancholy, though I still wish the ETH to go all the way.
And definitely not EOS (first joke in the video above

). Even forgetting that they have no valuable product yet, remember that EOS is an ERC20 token powered by Ethereum blockchain.
