The application includes the fees for credit score and background report already.

There is also an option to use our proprietary auctioning technology, so you can make a custom offer to your landlord and pay the negotiated rent. After the landlord accepts your application and you e-sign the agreement all is set and no additional fees are required. You will be able to pay rentals with no hidden commissions.
