Its a quite standard thing: describe the problem, give an address, suitable timings. I really like one feature - you can send a picture. For example, I have no clue about plumbing or electricity so its hard for me to explain what exactly is wrong.
Yeah, thats a great idea. If Im not wrong you got to have a certain amount of money in the smart contact beforehand. So agent can ask me to find exact reasons of the problem to get better idea about the price. What would be really great is if we would call the agent from the CanYa app itself. Are you working on it?
