Will i get dividend if i transfer my BNK tokens to MEW? Spectrocoin is a webbased wallet without private key and i want have all my tokens on an account where i held the private key for.

Yes, you will receive your net transactional revenue, no matter where you hold your tokens after the ICO. However, for transactional cost, if you hold your tokens outside of SpectroCoin and Bankera, you will be able to claim the revenue share via smart contracts if it is accrued economic to use gas for transactions.
