Hi guys, i need your help.
so i was made SRT withdrawal in poloniex,
but after make my withdrawal the status said "Complete : error" so i decided to open tickets to their support team,
but their still no answer from them

It is a well known issue, that happens sometimes on poloniex, so that they already implemented this to their faq pageso i was made SRT withdrawal in poloniex,

Open a ticket and give a headline:
Withdraw COMPLETE: ERROR
So the chances are high, that you soon will get it solved by poloniex.
