Did i do something to you ?

Did I insult or disrespect anyone?

Do you think as a member of the support that ignoring me in this way is a solution?

I understand that kraken is under no obligation to respond on a forum outside the company.
I would like to thank you for intervening here to solve the problems of your customers.
