small pump looks like an exit pump. I would expect it to drop back down and hover between 4-5K for a couple months.

That would be the case for the vastest majority of alts. You know why? Because they have no fiat backing. Once they are dumped, that's it. With a governmental backing that shouldn't happen unless the dumping is GLOBAL. And after today's +40% whilst even BTC was taking a beating, that's rather unlikely.
