HELP ME GUYS, I CAN'T WITHDRAW MY BTC THROUGH BITTREX
bittrex say I need to verif my account, I fill Basic Verification and get messages "No public record match We could not match your information to our public record providers. To complete the verification process, you must apply for an enhanced account."

After i try to enhanced verif, I send my ID and selfie, but get this messages
"There was an error processing your documents
Please reload the page and submit your documents again. Sorry for the inconvenience."
Already reload and input again but still get same error, help me please
