Just doa search about fortune jack in scam accusations you will find several situations like yours.

lots of users have received funds without any issues and we are proud to be a fair client. But this has been a tough month for us, from technical and development perspective. Soon you gonna see a big change, but transition period is not easy. We totally understand user has no obligation to understand this, but we are absolutely transparent with the issues. As soon as our new fraud control system is up, the user will get paid in a very short period of time.
