Close bitgem-qt
Delete everything but the wallet.dat and bitgem.conf files in the AppData folder.
Open bitgem-qt
Problem should be fixed.
That is the fix. The lastest update has more checkpoints so the blockchain needs to be redownloaded. Normally the warning wont affect anything but it is a good idea to sync with the checkpoints
