We see no reason to do that before a firm is opened, team expanded and the first project prepared and ready to be executed.

There is another round, "the founder" round. As by the rules those that received at least 3 prior airdrop and didn't move more than 20% of their WIND will be able to participate. We're thinking of making it possible for the biggest holders to apply as well, but that hasn't been decided yet.
