Your link shows page 29 of both English and Vietnamese Herotoken whitepaper.
I've compared this Vietnamese text with the original English text with help from Diffchecker.
"the two files are identical" lol
EDIT: I have no knowledge of the Viet language whatsoever. All I did here was running two texts through an online tool. The fact that these text are identical leads me to believe Google was used.
How and where you can get this? Because it's also difference with the pic in post #1 too.
And both of it difference with the one I read.
