I too was legacy had without warning my withdraw limit reduced from 1337BTC to 0 BTC 
I seriously don't understand it, I mean we are not talking about a few complaints here, there are literally hundreds of thousands. If I was verified I would withdraw everything so fast and never use the exchange again.
